Orders under US$800 shipped to the USA are not subject to any tax or import fees. Orders over $800 may be subject to local taxes and customs brokerage fees.
All our items ship from Canada. Canada enjoys Free Trade Agreements with 40 countries including the USA, Mexico, all EU countries and others. Items shipped to these countries are not subject to customs duty but may be subject to VAT or other local taxes on arrival.
For items shipped to other countries, customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods on orders above the de minimus amount for your country. We recommend you check with your country's customs office to learn what the rules are.
Duties and taxes are collected by the carrier upon or prior to delivery and are not included in our prices.
When applicable, brokerage fees are typically calculated at 2% of the value of the shipment.
