Returns, Exchanges and Cancelled Orders
Our return policy is designed to make sure you don't get stuck with a body or neck that you don't love. See our warranty page for returns related to defective materials or workmanship.
Standard items, purchased from our store, can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days. Please contact us for return authorization prior to returning an item. After 30 days we are unable to accept a return.
Custom made and clearance items cannot be returned. Please carefully review specifications prior to payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All accessories must be included.
You are responsible for shipping costs. We do not refund the original shipping cost to you.
International shipments to us may be subject to cross border fees.
COD fees, if any, will be deducted from the refund we issue. Please inquire with your carrier as to the amount of cross border fees prior to paying shipping fees.
Excessive returns may be subject to limitations at our discretion.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund and the amount of COD fees we paid. We may reject a refund should the terms set out for refunds is not adhered to.
After we have inspected the return, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
